Shoku Japanese Steak House in Blountville

I thought that Kobe was the best in the Tri Cities area, but this is definitely the best Japanese I’ve ever ate! It was extremely quick and the food was 5 stars! Very inexpensive as well!

The young waitresses were very friendly, warm and inviting. They were prompt in delivering our ordered food. They asked us what we wanted to eat and drink. The food was delicious. And the plate of food was over full. We took home enough food for another meal at home.

For a Japanese steakhouse.I do have to say it's not that greatIt's not bad. But the thought of going back doesn't excite me.

This place is located in a convenient area and serves large portions. The food is good and the staff friendly. A must try.

You certainly get value for a meal here, plus the food & service are great.There are separate lunch & dinner hours. Check the web site or call, as they are closed in-between the two.Although this is not buffetstyle, if you leave here hungry, it's your own fault!

The food is amazing and there is always enough left over to make another meal. The service is also great. We have eaten here many times and have never had a complaint. Shoku is top notch!

Very nice place but no sushi. Still waitress was very nice and directed me to Drake's. Got free soup and water.

Overall good food, no wait at noon. Very pricey. $10+ with out drink. Would Recommend!

Not your typical Japanese restaurant, great for carry out or a quick casual meal. Huge servings and good food. Friendly staff of local college & high school attendants. Busy & lots of repeat customers. Great lunch prices.

Always good and only place my family and I go! My 3 kids love the fortune cookies and the owner is always kind enough to make sure they each get one! We go at least once every 2 weeks! Love this place!!

Best Japanese food around

Food is always delicious and typically the service is as well but the young blonde at the pick up window needs to learn some better people skills. Getting an attitude and slamming the window on a customer is not only disrespectful but a definite lack of customer service skills.

I am very disappointed in this restaurant. I have eaten here several times, as well as my family and friends. My food was cold, the staff was argumentative when I tried to explain the problem. I will not eat here again.

I eat here a lot when I'm working in the area and they never disappoint. Most places are hella greedy with their shrimp sauce but here they give everyone a huge container that just comes with it. I usually get the scallop dinner or the shrimp dinner. 👌👍😛

Probably the best Japanese food I have had in the tricities. I have been to numerous here and this one stands above them all. Good price to portion ratio. Teriyaki sauce they make is tasty. I'll definitely come here more often now.
